Information and History of Tournament


It is that time of year again! Sportsmen’s Tennis Club is preparing to host our third annual USTA $50,000 Pro Circuit Women’s Tournament from June 29th-July 5th 2009! This is the only Pro Circuit tournament in New England and provides inner city youth and adults the opportunity to witness world class tennis!

Each of the last two years, women from 22 countries have journeyed to Boston to participate in singles and doubles matches, which are free to the public. 

On Sunday & Monday, June 28th & 29th, women will compete in the qualifier for a spot in the main draw, which starts Tuesday (singles) and Thursday (doubles). Matches generally start at 10 AM, and the schedule will be posted at www.sportsmenstennisclub.org
